Have you never watched Shield? Or Chicago PD? Or if you looking for Serpico specifically, Always Sunny…Oh brother. Most of these cop shows are not worth a watch. We need real police shows, with police being realistic. You know incompetent, lazy, corrupt, greedy, and all levels of morality.
Serpico movie should had produced a show. Serpico was reality, not some cookie cutter, high morale; going great links to catch the bad guy phoniness.

The team chemistry is why I think I watched it for as long as I did because you could tell they all genuinely liked working with each other.The team has incredible chemistry
The special projects did get bigger (which was my issue in s1)
But these major changes are hard to navigate
