I know most of you don’t care about the scrub teams but I like watching the Div 2. Also excited to see my undergrad alma mater make it to the championship game for the first time since the 70’s. They sucked pretty bad back when I went there. Went to a couple of games this year (I do t live too far away from Commerce) they are pretty good.

Are these teams better than Mercer?

Commerce beat UNA by one point earlier in the season, while West Florida thumped them pretty handily.
I'd give the edge to West Florida; plus they're a GSC team.
That said, Commerce beat a healthy Lion squad, while UNA were pretty banged up by the time they faced W. Florida (fourth string QB).

Are these teams better than Mercer?

I can't answer for Commerce. West Florida isn't better than Mercer.
They probably would be a 2-TD underdog to Mercer, but a 3 point favorite over Oregon State.
