The Heat won 39 games last year. You moved Richardson and Whiteside and brought in Butler and some rookies.

Butler is probably good for a net improve of 4 or 5 games but that is far from guaranteed.

The Heat have certainly played better than I expected. Bam stepped up. Butler is playing really well. Herro has been extremely good especially for a rookie. Duncan Robinson has become one of the best 3 point shooters in the NBA as a 2nd year player.

Not sure you want to follow Bucky's lead on dunking on a pre-season prediction thread. But to each their own.
