I like the way they are going about it, researching it a ton first but at this point it seems a lot like dragging feet.

If a sport truly wants to eliminate PEDs in the sport it is very simple. Take blood samples and implement a testing protocol that allows for testing and fines of up to so many years after retirement. You can even have a 5 year shelf life on blood samples or less or more etc depending on how efficient the sport wants to be.

The smart move would be to promote that you are testing (take blood and all) but never "really" test for anything damning

half life of HGH in blood is like 45 minutes. let the players know 3 days ahead of the test.. and you get nothing. perfect way to "test" for it, but without actually risking a damn thing.

You do not actually test for HGH you test their blood against a baseline sample of their blood and look for irregularities in GH and testosterone levels. They will be off for a month after using HGH.

However the way you guys described would keep the league from finding anything.
