Smoked a brisket last weekend. It's just my wife, my son and I, so cut them in half. Smoke one and freeze the other and it still feeds us for the next several days.

I try to come up with different ways to use it (brisket spaghetti, tacos, etc.) Not sure why it hasn't occurred to me to try to re-create those sandwiches. lol

Great ideas... I usually smoke it and give some to my girls... I have a 21, 23 and going on 25 year old... The 21 year old still lives with us (going to school) but the other 2 always enjoy their dads smoked opportunities...
