I have a 13lb brisket in my fridge, trimmed, seasoned and ready smoke on the traeger at 4am in the morning tomorrow... I love to make these sandwiches with the brisket...

@Anointed One and I really got to know each other when I moved to MT in Sep 2019 when I packed the Mercedes C-280 and moved to a certain part of MT and we commented on the NFL board in game action.....and he in a certain part of the Pacific NW and he told me about a bakery in a city close to where we stayed (100 miles or so)......not far from a casino the WIFE liked to go to.....free rooms and all since she real the gambler in the family.

There it's still all confidential and shit.

Smoked a brisket last weekend. It's just my wife, my son and I, so cut them in half. Smoke one and freeze the other and it still feeds us for the next several days.

I try to come up with different ways to use it (brisket spaghetti, tacos, etc.) Not sure why it hasn't occurred to me to try to re-create those sandwiches. lol
