I said 3-10 the Lakers have the worst roster in the league for any team that is actively trying to win and not tank or are in deep rebuilds (however- even some teams in deep rebuilds have much deeper benches). The teams that look like they are actively tanking to me are Detroit, San Antonio, maybe the Jazz if they trade Mitchell after trading Gobert and O'Neal, and the Pacers, - the teams in deep rebuilds are few- the Magic, Thunder and Rockets. None of those teams are trying to win.

3-9 the Lakers best players are:

-Westbrook
-THT
-Austin Reaves
-Thomas Bryant
-Avery Bradley
-Lonnie Walker Jr.
-Stanley Johnson
-DJ Augustin

I mean- its such a disaster that its hard to differentiate between bottom of the barrel scum like Stanley Johnson and Damian Jones. I dont even know.

Atlantic Division:
Celtics- obviously we can move on right off the bat.
Nets- right now obviously we can move on right off the bat- though guys like Harris, O'Neale, Mills, Curry, Warren, Claxton, etc. are obviously head and shoulders better even if Durant never played another game for them. If LeBron had shooters like Seth Curry, Harris, Mills around him he'd shit a brick.
Sixers- obviously we can move on right off the bat
Raptors- obviously we can move on right off the bat
Knicks: Lets exclude Brunson and Randle as their 2 best- Fournier, Barrett, Robinson, Quickley, Toppin, Gibson, etc. are obviously far superior to the Lakers garbage

Central Divison:
Bulls- obviously we can move on right off the bat
Cavs- lol--- take off Garland and Mobley as their 2 best-- Allen, Love, LeVert...need we go on? of course not.
Pistons- tanking
Pacers- tanking
Bucks- obviously we can move on right off the bat

SouthEast:
Hawks- 2 best- Murray and Young--- then Collins, Capela, Hunter, Bogdonovic- obviously we can move on quickly
Heat- obviously we can move on right off the bat
Magic- rebuilding- not trying to win
Wizards--- now heres an actual contender- though- take off Beal and Porzingis- you actually have real players like Barton, Hachimura, Kuzma- and young guys like lotto pick Johhny Davis, Deni Avidja, Corey Kispert. not really close come to think of it.
Hornets- take off Bridges and Ball- Gordon Hayward- Tony Rozier- dont need to go any faruther. lol. Guys like PJ Washington and Bouknight actual good young guys. Oubre Jr. is an actual NBA player.

to be perfectly honest- i fell asleep on the couch from 8pm to about midnight. I billed about 8 hours today which was pretty good-- Friday's are usually pretty slow in the summer-- ill prob. clear out around 3 or 4 so and play 9 holes.

@DJ what either you fail to realize - or refuse to realize- is that for every Westbrook and or Walker and Toscano, etc.- another team has a Capela and Bogdonovic- or Draymond Green and Poole, or Herro and Lowry, or Maxey and Harris, or Ball and DeRozan or Allen and Love or Middleton and Portis, or Porter Jr. and Gordon, or Hardaway Jr. and Wood, or Jackson/Kennard/Wall or Trent Jr. and OG, or Hayward and Rozier- etc.

even the Wiz- who do not have overwhelming depth- have guys like Barton and Kuzma- and real young NBA lotto talents like Davis, Hachimura, Adjeva, Kispert- any of those 4 would be the best young high ceiling player on the Lakers roster and put to shame guys like Reeves and Stanley Johnson from a value standpoint.

Its not rocket science man. This is what happens when you have no cap space and no draft capital and a GM that doesnt know his ass from a hole in the ground.

I was laying out a hypothetical why it wasn’t crazy for Darvin Ham to win COY pushing back on the notion that it was crazy to think him a contender. He actually has a pretty good opportunity to win the award because it usually goes to a team that makes big improvement from the previous year. Good chance that is the Lakers because they were such a mess last 2 seasons.

No way in hell I am picking the Lakers to be top 2 with Kyrie.

I dont think she "deserves" to be in the situation- but I find it extremely hypocritical- and to be the DEFINITION of woke virtue signaling- when you will hide in the locker room for the national anthem- but then take a bunch of money from Russia who is notoriously terrible on race and gay rights. While American has its fair share of problems- I find it just incredibly hypocritical to take a bunch of Russian money and not think twice of their awful record on human rights- and then virtue signal in the US. Perfectly happy to take Russian $ and keep her mouth shut when she would not even be able to get married in Russia and face discrimination in a much more profound way.

I hope she gets out of Russia as soon as possible- but not before people like Paul Whelan who have been there longer and did not commit a crime- and that maybe when she does get back- she has a little more appreciation for the ole stars and stripes.

It is very much hypocrisy to call out the conditions in this country while taking money from Russia.

She's trying to change things in her home country. That shit don't fly in Russia, but the wage structure of the WNBA vs overseas creates situations like this. Not difficult to understand.
