Just going to address the first part of your comment. Penn State entered this week as number 4. They were not going to drop far enough to play on the road

OK...and now seem like they will be #3. You think the committee is going to drop them from 3 to 9 if they lose a CCG to the #1 team?

Never mind they could win the game as Oregon while good not some juggernaut.

We are assuming they lose. Maybe you see something I don’t and actually think they will win. Technically they will enter the game next week as the 5th seed meaning only 4 teams need to jump that which would seem likely. I think without a doubt they jump ND and Tennessee over them. Not going to keep going back and forth with you as I said let’s do a friendly wager but you opt to continue to argue. See you next Saturday night

I think nd and tenn then likely osu as well due to head to head and I think Oregon beats Penn state more than they did osu

But my argument is that it's silly in their position better off not playing and doubt any PSU fan, player or coach would agree with you. I also never said they couldn't slide out of a home game but chance to get a bye outweighs that chance.

Seeing a lot of OSU fans comparing Day to Cooper. This loss incredibly frustrating, but I swear some people must have forgotten what the Cooper years were like. Yes, he had a couple seasons ruined by a loss to UM. Also had one ruined with one of our best ever teams with a loss to a middling MSU team.......but he also had 5 seasons with 4 losses and 2 seasons with 6 losses.....in addition 3-8 in bowl games and many of them were in middling/meaningless bowl games.

some Harbaugh guy started off 0-5 vs. OSU and many of their fans wanted him gone. Probably were smart to keep him.
