It is compared to the loaded Eagles roster, much of which Sirianni inherited.
Hurts completed 52% of his passes his rookie year. He inherited a mess with the fall out from Wentz and in two years time had the team in the Super Bowl. People mocked Jalen Hurts as a franchise QB, myself included. Now under Siriani’s staff Hurts is an MVP candidate two seasons in a row and completing 67-68% of his passes. Additionally, watching the little engine that could band aid on that defense has me questioning this “loaded roster” stuff. Your Bills have had a similar roster the last three years and underperformed. A team needs a coach to actualize “a loaded roster.”

No rings.
Bwahaha! He’s been a head coach for 3 years! He had them in the game last year and if they don’t call a fugaze defensive holding he has his ring in year 2.
And despite the constant roster turnover Tomlin has them ready to compete.
He has them 9-8 8-8
This season should be exhibit A. Winning with smoke and mirrors while the Eagles are absolutely stacked with talent on both sides of the ball. But, they still haven't won shit. But, Sirianni is better because winning a bunch of reg season games is the benchmark?
Listen to yourself dumb dumb. Siriani hasn’t won February’s Super Bowl in October so he’s less than. Jesus Christ…
Pleeeeeease.
You should talk less and take notes here. Maybe you’ll learn something

I mean QBs are kind of important and when he had won he won a title....most would fall off the map when they lost said QB but even in an incredibly tough division he hasn't.
He got one and with the rest he wasted his time with Ben. His current QB hasn’t gotten better. Why?

Browns fans saying they wouldn't mind having Tomlin as their HC. It truly doesn't get more unbiased than that but an Eagles fan with an agenda says Tomlin is the 2nd best coach in the state.
The Browns would take anyone with a resume. The Browns can’t hire guys with options.

Philly doesn’t hate Pittsburgh. You don’t know what you’re talking about. The only two way Philly Pittsburgh sports rivalry is Flyers Penguins. Pittsburgh hates Philly for the same reason Philly hates NY. It’s a bigger more important city culturally. Yinzers have little man syndrome when it comes to Philly. We have zero fucks to give about Shittsburgh.

Doesn't hate Pittsburgh, follows with unkind nickname for Pittsburgh while humble bragging about Philadelphia. Got it, lol.

How is this about the Bills? I freely admit they have underperformed. Can you discuss one man without tearing down another?

I didn’t invent Shittsburgh bro. It’s a thing. But let me here more from the Rams fan from Buffalo about the culture I’ve lived in for 47 years. You’re the expert on my lived experience. I’ll just sit back and listen to the genius.

It’s an example of a team with a “stacked roster” that fails. You are using stacked roster as a way to dismiss Siriani. It’s not my fault that the best example of a team with a great roster underachieving is your team.

And that’s what makes him a candidate for an award won by the likes of Dick Jauron and Ray Rhodes.

I'd not argue he's an elite coach but I'd argue the odds of the Steelers doing better isn't great

That said because of the Steelers track record of stability they should be a top 5 landing spot for head coaches.
