Really Washington the only team that could be above FSU and the PAC is dropping off it seems.

Disagree on PAC dropping off. They’re just a deep conference this year. Oregon and Washington are very good teams. USC vs ND is a reflection of USC, not the conference.

Fair but I personally don’t like those rules. When you’re good you can survive bad games with college kids. This should be about who you beat. For me Washington’s body of work > FSU. FSU was in a dog fight with Boston College or somebody else that’s pretty low. The benefit of waiting on a poll this late is that you don’t have to be a slave to recency.
