Wife cooked up some shaved ribeye.....we made cheesesteaks. On a pretzel hoagie bun. 2 of 'em. Had some extra and put it in a tortilla with some guacamole and made a burrito.

They’re put on a 10 inch hoagie roll. The edges of the roll have to be slightly toasted. This is best accomplished by finishing the sandwich and then putting in a pizza oven for 2-3 minutes. That’s why local pizza shops have the best cheesesteaks up here. Do you and eat what you eat. Just don’t call that shit a cheesesteak.
