Nobody really cares about the WS other than Cubs and Indians fans.
Wrong
Says the Indians fan.
Through five games, the World Series between the Chicago Cubs and the Cleveland Indians has attracted the most viewers for the Series since 2004, when the Boston Red Sox swept the St. Louis Cardinals to win their first title in 86 years.
Game 5 on Sunday was seen by an average of 23.6 million viewers on Fox, 37 percent more than the 17.2 million viewers for the fifth and final game of last year’s World Series, in which the Kansas City Royals defeated the Mets.
This Cubs/Indians World Series is enjoying some of the very best ratings the World Series has received in YEARS....pretty crazy....the national viewing public outside of Cleveland and Chicago is more interested in this World Series than any other in AT LEAST the past decade....its not even close.Cleveland game moved up so the Cavs can watch the WS

Gotta disagree.
Problem is, I can't decide which team I want to end their drought. The Cubs have the longer drought and the curse and all that, so it would be nice for their fans. On the other hand, would they still be the Cubs? Their drought has become one of the great stories in all of baseball.
If the Indians win, it'll piss off the PC idiots crying about teams needing to change their name and end what I think is the 2nd longest drought.
I just think everyone except Indians' fans for the most part are rooting for the Cubs, which is fine, doesn't matter to me. If there was any other team to win the WS other than the Indians, I would want the Cubs to win.
That being said....fuck the Cubs!!! lol
