Well, we saw what the other guy did with that talent prior to Kerr coming on board.

Marc Jackson did just fine.

He improved the Warriors enough to the point where Curry and Klay were really good players by the time Kerr got there.

Warriors went from 23 to 47 to 51 wins with Jackson as coach.

He started the turnaround. Those 2 years were critical.

They went from 23 wins in year 1 to 51 wins in his final season and I'm sure Curry missed a fair amount of games in year 2 and/or 3 of Jackson.

Also he only had Iggy for 1 year and Draymond in his first 2 years. Safe to say Draymond is a much better player now than he was in the first 2 years of his career.
