I think he understands the payoff of getting a guy like chalmers, lewis or bosh going with some confidence early which is why he tries to let others get their shots early.

But on a night like tonight I agree. They need to win by lebron or lose LeBron. Not to say he needs to be taking all the shots. But I mean he needs to be the one making the plays, whatever those plays may be
