Games like this are why I prefer the HC advantage all day. If we lose tonight (which seems almost certain at this point) We're gonna have to try to take a second game in San Antonio if we take care of game 4.

All Heat apologist over on the Heat board spent all season belittling the regular season and saying the regular season wasnt important and that HCA wasnt important - they wont admit to it, but they are all regretting it now... The Heat lost the championship this season when they failed to get the 1 seed - got away with it earlier in the playoffs but not when it mattered most.


You would hope they learn from this and put in the work and effort necessary next regular season but you know thats wishful thinking... it almost seems like a sin to ask these guys to give full effort especially the two divas wade and lebron... they just arent trying. LBJ looks disinterested on defense and continues to point fingers for his mistakes

That move by Popovich putting Duncan and Parker on the bench with 6 to go is a supreme message of confidence to both the role players off the bench and a well deserved rest for those two stars. That is why Popovich has five titles over a large span of time.
