Spurs playing great but there has been 5 or 6 calls that were just bad calls, that is the difference between a 21 point lead and a 13 or 14 point lead

Refs aren't the sole reason Miami is down 21. Miami is clearly fucking themselves over. But there have been some bad calls. Look, the Spurs have been the better team in this half, no doubt about that. But Miami is not getting any beneficial calls whatsoever.

Once again, it's not the refs fault Miami's down by such a large margin. But the refs have been terrible.

There have been bad calls and missed calls both ways. Just like every NBA game ever played.

No, but they have done a great job derailing any run Miami has tried to make.

They arent the REASON they are down 21.

But they have made a LOT of bad calls, all in favor of SA. Which is making a nearly impossible game even more difficult

Also embarrassing to know that my fellow Heat fans are blaming refs for this one. The refs have been more than fair the entire series. Probably the most consistent officiating in the entire playoffs. Heat arent doing THEMSELVES any favor - so its foolish to expect it from the refs

I remember game 4 of the 2008 Finals between Boston and the Lakers. Here's hoping the Spurs finish the game shooting less than 50% overall and Miami keeps up their current offensive pace.

But that's just the thing...there is nothing at all to talk about when it comes to the refs in the 1st half. I've seen a couple bad calls both ways. It has no bearing on what the score is now. Like I said, there's still a half to go

If the refs aren't the issue, why bitch about them? This is no different than any other game. They miss calls and make bad calls both ways every game.

It's funny how you rarely see anyone bitch about the refs when they're team is winning.

I guess we disagree then. I saw a lot of bad calls one way. Swallowing whistles on one end and being whistle happy on the other.

I usually try to acknowledge bad calls both ways. I don't see it tonight. But I also don't see the refs as the reason the heat are losing. It does affect the deficit however. Chances are the game ends in a big enough blow out that it never even matters
