Both were on the floor, but both were not shooting well and KD was on fire.
At some point you need to make the others be the ones to beat you.
Also, apparently Max Kellerman's advocating that Lebron's going to win Finals MVP. That guy's definitely giving Stephen A. a run for his money as biggest idiot.
They're all time greats so the rule for guys like that is you don't leave them ever.
JR though lol
Yeah, with the way he's been playing, if this series went 6 or 7 games, you could make a pretty strong case.
But with this looking like it's going 5 at best...you really can't.
I remember Lebron putting up great stats as well, especially compared to the Warriors in 2015 and he still didn't win. In order to win Finals MVP on a losing, I feel like your stats would have to eclipse the best player from the title winning team by a significantly wide margin. Even if the Cavs were to somehow push this to 7, with what Durant's doing, Lebron's not getting Finals MVP unless Cleveland wins.

True. Although, I'd say for the Cavs to do what they'd have to in order to push this to 6 or 7, he'd have to put up stats that eclipsed the Warriors best player.

That's fair. It's one of those situations we'd have to see what happens. But if I'm not mistaken, Durant's averaging over 30 PPG.
