But again, the problem for LeBrons legacy is the constant comparison to Jordan. Just isn't fair.

I hated Jordan during the 90s as he was so dang good and the Bulls just kept winning. However, looking back I wish I would have enjoyed his and Chicago's dominance more.

curry lost a lot in this loss. no way he wins mvp next year. the fear factor of playing him is over. he struggled big time in this series.
get physical with him. make him play defense and he crumbles.

LOL Jordan went to several finals, won 6 straight.

Jordan also didn't leave his hometown to go team up with a few all stars to win a couple titles (should have won a lot more) only to come back to his hometown and help put together another roster of all star talent to finally win a title for Cleveland.

Cliff's Notes:
- Jordan won 6 straight
- Jordan played for hometown team

I was being sarcastic

The 4th quarter was not a high scoring affair

Lebron scored 12 of the 18 points in the 4th quarter when no other player on either team could score btw.

I hardly consider that being passive in the clutch

And that block was legacy defining
0-5 in the last 3 min 1-2 free throws. Irving hitting the big shot. if it talks like a duck and walks like a duck its a duck.

Well, it has been fun fellas but it is official football season. Time to hit the old dusty road and return to the 49er board where i belong and have neglected since the playoffs have started.

he did commit some careless turnovers..at inopportune times.

Faux brothers 12-36 and Curry 6-19 with 4 turnovers and 4 personal fouls. Not MVP like. Don't think the Dubs win a title without Irving and Love injuries.

LeBron was 1a, Irving 1b, Thompson was number three.

Epic season by the Cavs, fire your coach during the season and ending up winning the title.

It pains me to say this, but Pittsburgh (Nhl) has done exactly that twice in the last 7 years. Maybe not so epic.

well in a way MJ did go to 6 in a row. 6 full seasons in a row he made and won. will lbj ever win 3 in a row. doubt it. his best chance was with miami.

He came back and lost in the playoffs.

You can put a * next to it all you want, but it still happened.

Despite that, Lebron will never top Jordan.

He better really be hurt if he's sitting out the Olympics, too. He's had 2 good seasons and a total collapse in the Finals. He's NOT good enough, nor has the legacy to opt out of the Olympics

Jordan also doesn't go silent on the offensive side of things in the final 3 minutes of the game in the Finals.

Lebron is not Jordan, the end.

Maybe one day we revisit the topic.

But, even with this win Jordan > Lebron....

Unless you are on crack.

The turning point was the suspension of Draymond Green. If I was a Warriors fan, I would place the blame solely on him. Green played like a classless and embarrassing thug throughout the duration of the playoffs. I know many of you didn't watch the Portland series, but he was downright atrocious, yelling at officials after every little call that didn't go his way. The thunder series wasn't much better, he punched a guy in the nuts, yelled at officials, and had several dirty fouls. I have no doubt that he deserved to be suspended in game 5, but it killed the Warriors mojo and probably changed history.
