1. Utah Jazz - Andrew Wiggins
2. Milwaukee Bucks - Jabari Parker
3. LA Lakers - Joel Embiid
4. Orlando Magic - Julius Randle
5. Boston Celtics - Dante Exum

The race for Karl Anthony Towns and Jahlil Okafor. Both have huge uncertainty cuz of one and done....I'd take Frank Kaminsky not because he stayed 4 years, but cuz he's ready to step in rather that being a "project."

Frank was a good college player, but I don't think he is a good enough NBA talent to take very high.
