I don't like 1 hour, we will be doing way to much skipping. What I will agree too is if you ever get skipped because you failed to leave a list or pick within that two hours then your draft time is cut to 1 hour.

I don't like 1 hour, we will be doing way to much skipping. What I will agree too is if you ever get skipped because you failed to leave a list or pick within that two hours then your draft time is cut to 1 hour.

Usually I agree, here I don't. Everyone knows we're drafting. Maybe you can be here, maybe not, but there's no reason not to leave a list. I played the first 3 mocks without ever making a pick. If the time limit is an hour, and someone peeks on and they're 3 hours out, you don't need a 10 player list, leave 3. You're not losing out. First, Nos and Ritz usually won't pick your guy, even if they have him at the top of their board. 2nd, after you pick, if there are 10-12 guys picking before you come back up, they'll probably not be there anyway

Seriously though. I know with 10-12 people for these drafts everyone has different schedules but for each draft we should find some 2 hr time slot that works for almost everyone(rest have lists) and we just rapid fire through like 4 rounds.

Not sure I like this idea, we might push people away by doing this, I don't want people to quit because they've been skipped. I do agree with you but I want people to keep coming back not leave...
