Yes but IF retired then he isn't a Current player. Free Agents who played last season are eligible because they still are in the league. It all depends if Billups is listed as retired or FA.

I like Chandker with Thompson and Melo A LOT! Griffin Force and TC is looking real good down low. And Chris Paul is great point. If you don't have my favorite lineup so far you're no lower than third, or maybe four. Since its only five guys so far.

Think I have the perfect players to play with Melo. Chandler the D anchor Thompson the floor spacer and CP3 will always make sure the ball is moving. Great that he and Blake can dominate the pick and roll too along with Melo's scoring
