If I was a GM I would pay 10 bucks to have prime Hakeem over prime Walton.

I rate Hakeem as the 3rd best center of all time, so if he was available I agree with that. I still think that Getting a top 8 center for bench money is too good to pass up.

I agree with you in this draft that getting a top player for so cheap is too good to pass... especially since there are many expensive players that none of us are going to touch, which means you can hold out and get them late if you so decide...

The only thing is, I don't think Walton is a top 10 center of all time... He only really had 2 good seasons...

I WILL FIGHT YOU!!!!!!! but yeah, Walton career has a wide spectrum of value based on user perspective. I think I value him more than most, but over all between the votes I think he lands somewhere in the 8-10 area. I could be wrong, I can't speak for all voters

I would strongly consider taking KAJ anyway. Magic and Kareem won 5 titles, but I wouldn't be getting the older Kareem that was a 21/7 guy by the time Magic came along, I'd be getting the 36/16 dude....
