I didn't know that 4 Lakers made the All-Star team in 97-98: Van Exel, Jones, Kobe and Shaq.

That's when Eddie Jones started alongside Kobe. I am thinking about starting Jones in my next matchup against Mebert and bring Iggy off the bench.

It's almost spot on...the part about Dantley being too small is absurd lol.

Dantley was 6'5" 208 Lbs and was known as a bad defender for much of his career.

He would be giving up 4 inches and 50 pounds to Zbo. Not a good matchup.

I would still use this lineup IMO. Ben was a great defender and could guard the 4 depending on the matchup. I would be tempted to put T-Mac in at PG, but Frazier was too good defensively. I just think he brings a little more offensively especially from the 3 ball somewhat. You have no 3 point shooters in this lineup and you cant spread the floor really much at all with this lineup.

I just meant from your starters. The two Clydes and Dantley all couldn't shoot the 3. I guess it all depends on how many minutes you play your starters. I will be playing mine in the high 30's or 40 except Iggy....

Now this is something I feared... the whole minutes thing... I think mid 30s is the maximum for these players especially vs elite players... I think the bench should still be playing 10+ minutes per position...

Wouldn't be a bad idea, you don't need another big that clogs the paint. We can drop players for available guys? Not saying I want to but I didn't know.

Yeah, those can be flip flopped definitely depending on the matchup.

Don't need a big man lol. The more I think about it I will probably keep Harper, he was an underrated scorer and defender. I still have Prince and Jones that can shoot the 3.
