THANK GOD IT'S FRIDAY! TGIF TGIF TGIF. Longest week ever. I wont even complain or be mad if the Nats lose tonight, just happy to have Nats baseball back, and baseball back in general. Heh, just occured to me that outside playing/watching sports and gettin hammered, i dont have much of a life. And i'm fine with that

Game 2: Garza vs Gonzalez

Strasburg just got lit up by these same BrewCrew on June 25th. 4.2 IP, 8 H, 7 ER, 2 HR. If i remember correctly, it was that damn 94 mph fastball, he kept grooving it right over the middle for Scooter Gennett, Khris Davis and Carlos Gomez.

I hope he looked at that tape over the break, he needs to attack these hitters differently. More offspeed stuff, especially ahead in the count, and throw some junk in the dirt. The free-swinging Brewers will chase.

Today starts a very difficult stretch to start the 2nd half. I hope the players got their rest.

3 vs Brewers
3 at Colorado (have CarGo and Arenado back)
3 at Cincy
3 at Miami (27-22 at home)

That's a weird 9-game road trip. 3 cities far as hell away from eachother

How is Eucker doing? Has he been in the booth at all this season. I always like your broadcasters.

yes, Bob Uecker has been in the booth broadcasting the games, he generally does about half the game I believe

I think he's done pretty much all the games this season, he only works the radio side while Bill Schroeder , an old Brewers catcher does the TV. I am guessing Uecker does about 4 or 5 innings a game.
