Only challenge I can remember went our way and a bad call was overturned, pulling a run off the board for the Giants.

But Buddy is mad cause he's very careful to go address the ump immediately. In this case, williams came out way after the pitcher was back on the bump.

Like I said, the call was right so all's well that ends well.

Bonus Baseball is going to be interesting tonight because I think the Padres have a clear advantage on pitching but the Nats do on offense. Stauffer has been pure gold for us for YEARS now. This guy can do 9 innings right now if we need him to.

The rule says that he has to be on the rubber AND the batter in the box. Though it looked like both of those things happened, so we probably caught a break. The only question is when exactly Matty came out of the dugout, as they camera cuts to him partway to the ump already on the view I saw. Probably was too long though, I agree.

I'm all for replay, I just don't like the way they're doing it so far. Between the fact that they don't know the difference between "close" and "inconclusive", and the whole transfer fiasco that occurs on a nightly basis, they've got some work to do to get it right.
