Personally I really think this was kind of a down year overall for college basketball.. You basically had those 4 teams then everyone else..

Had to look it up just to make sure, and it is pretty impressive. They are averaging more than one whole foul per game less than the next closest team (Wyoming). Duke is at #24 on the list.
