... is fighting kidney cancer.

As a parent, I cannot think of anything that would be more terrifying and heartbreaking.

I really hope he gets well, and very soon.

Since the Patriots are huge supporters and donors to the Dana Farber Cancer Institute in Boston, I'm sure that Nate's son is getting the best care in the world. Fortunately, children are very resilient and with new technology, children are surviving cancer at a much higher rate than just five years ago.

Be tough little guy, there are millions of people pulling for you.

If there is a God...he sucks. Kids should be off limits from all this shit.
Stay strong kiddo. Get well soon.

As a father of a 7 month old, this breaks my heart. To make it worse (if there is worse) Hudson looks like my son a little. This hit me hard and it is still on my mind. Just when I get carried away on the sports train, I am reminded that there is a real world out there. More important things in life. As much as I want NE to win.......I find myself rooting for Hudson more and would take him healthy and cancer free over any championship....

One of my son's teachers just lost his 5 year old daughter after her lifetime of illness.

Some people live with unbearable amounts of pain.

Hang in there Hudson~
