Tanner Gentry, Josh Woods, and Nick Williams are expected to be added as well. No mention of Tyler Bray, altho the Bears are hoping that he remains unclaimed until after the first week. Then they can add him to the squad at a reduced salary.

Conflicting info tho on Hroniss Grasu. He's showing on the Bears website as having made the 53 man roster, yet Windy City Gridiron says he's been cut. I'm wondering if this is to make room for Mack, who is not yet showing on the roster.

And just as I suspected, Shaheen is after all starting on out on the IR. I thought the Bears brass was playing word games regarding his situation. This removes all doubt. Not the end of the world by any stretch, but it does suck.

I suspected as much too. He looked like he was in too much agony to just be a tweak or simple sprain. I just hate it when mgmt plays these stupid word games.
