After the press conference, it's very obvious why Nagy was chosen. He seems like the exact carbon copy of Pace. Everything from their age, background of climbing the ladder, their enthusiasm for football and their work ethic.

Whatever chemistry Pace didn't have with Fox, Pace has with Nagy. I like what I've been seeing so far. The genius is pleased.

After watching a bit of his press conference, I agree with this assessment. I thought the exact same thing. That press conference convinced me that at the very least, our HC and GM have chemistry and will work well together.
