Are you taking Vea over R. Smith and James?

Smith is not there and Vea would be huge for us in the middle of the line paired with Allen

So you are taking Vea over James? no way. We just need a fat boy for the middle. that can be had in the latter rounds.

Is QB off the table now that we have Smith? Remember folks he is 34yrs old and not Brady at age 40. Not saying we should take a QB but don't think we should forget about 1 in the 1st. I do like Rudolph in 2nd. Vea is a beast and would make our D tougher especially when guys are back healthy.

I’m with you Ritz. I definitely don’t think QB is off the table. I don’t think we will have to draft one this year, but if one slips to us in the 1st (doubtful) or 2nd then we can take them on a 4 year rookie deal, the duration of Smith’s contract. If don’t think we will take one this year, unless we fall in love with someone and they are just of great value where we pick.

I like your first 2 picks a lot @countryroads316. I don’t think Rudolph is there in the 2nd, but if he is, should definitely consider it. I like Scarborough too...but is he much different than Perine??

What is great to a extent is we won a lot of games with SOOO fucking many injuries. Yes everyone deals with injuries but had more then the rest I feel. Also Cravens leaving before the season hurt. Now we have a chance for him to come back and all those guys especially Allen to help next year. I don’t feel we are 1 player away from a SB but we aren’t the Browns either. Let’s resign some of our guys and then go into free agency with a plan and budget. I would like to see us get 1 or 2 receivers to help Smith.

Any news on Cravens and can we really trust him from now on. I really wanted us to take Collins (Giants) who wanted to be a Redskin because he loved Taylor. Oh well. Keep filling holes and stop creating them. Talking to you GM giving away a 3rd rounder and starting rookie CB. :L

I really like Scarbrough I believe he would be a definite upgrade over what we have

Not sure if we need WR Ridley or NT Vea more. Both can be game changers.

QB shouldn't be off the table,,,

QB should not even be a consideration in the 1st or 2nd round. We ride or Die with Smith this year. And the last thing this team needs is a highly drafted rookie looking over our game managers shoulder. Now as we also dont have a 3rd rounder, we are looking at a 6th or 7th round QB.

No thanks to any QB that can be had rounds later than the 3rd..(real stretch in the 4th if there's REAL value there.) We have Colt and I don't like him at all, but to pick up another Sudfield to me is a wasted draft pick.
