Exactly, but that's precisely the MO of this team since Snyder has taken control of it. Well, to be fair, there was a moment when SM was hired and things appeared to settle into a less dysfunctional state. If we ever cared to do it, I'll bet that every one here could look back and note how many rebuilds we've had in the last 18-19 years.

Don't misread this as my attempt to bash the front offices, because to do so smears some very hard working, well intentioned folks in Mr. Snyder's business. My focus is ONLY aimed at Bruce Allen and his boss. Bruce is pretty good at managing the cap and structuring contracts (bachelor's degree - business marketing, Richmond) and should be relegated to that if Snyder truly wants him to stay for future stadium efforts.
