When country said resign our own I think he forgot what cap dollars are required to resign our own. (Sherff, Darby etc) Possibly more TE value via the draft with WR Robinson as our big pick up. Likely it and or a LB on the cheap.

Hunter Henry wants to go where he can be both paid and where the QB situation is stable.

Hunter Henry sets money, good QB as free agency priorities ...

I agree with the Robinson signing. He's gonna cost but if there's going to be a big splash in free agency, this is the move that I hope they make.

Keanu Neal is young, relatively inexpensive and has one pro-bowl under his belt if that is worht anything. My concern is his injury history. (2018 = tore his ACL missed the remainder of the season, 2019 = torn Achilles tendon) Beyond that, there are reports that he may want to rejoin Dann Quinn in Dallas. Washington still has to upgrade at safety if somehow they can get this player, they could become that one team thatothers hate to see on the opposing side of the field.

Cam Robinson is another excellent get if there's enough money to sign him. He's had a little bit of off field issues early on but most seemed like a police thing rather than a actual broke laws thing. A torn ACL in 2018 followed by pretty consistent play since doesn't concern me. The team could shore up and possibly gain a starter after what could be projected as a fierce battle with C. Lucas. If Lucas loses that battle he would remain is a very good piece to the offensive line room. Whether he is a starter or very good depth, his presence next year will be welcomed.in training camp.

Not a bad draft, but I wouldn't select Trask in the second round! Perhaps in the 3rd or later but that second rounder could be more effectively used to bolster either the offense or defense. Beyond that... :suds:

  • HUNTER HENRY
    TE, LOS ANGELES CHARGERS

The Athletic's Sheil Kapadia believes Hunter Henry could get $10.5 million a year in free agency.

Kapadia said Austin Hooper's 2020 deal with Cleveland could be a fair comp for what Henry might fetch on the open market. Henry, 26, was franchise tagged last year. Henry, who averaged more fantasy points last season than all but nine tight ends, could see significant interest from teams who see him as a matchup nightmare against slower linebackers and smaller safeties. Ex-XFLer and touchdown machine Donald Parham could get a real shot at the Chargers' starting tight end job if Henry signs elsewhere this offseason.
