1. To check it out we need the instagram ID number
2. You can't take someone elses video or pic off instagram like you can on facebook. How did your daughter send this to you? Maybe try emailing it? I'm not sure. I know instagram is tricky in saving someone else's video or pic. You can screen shot a pic. Sometimes it depends on a persons settings too.
