LOL Zappa > Anything you listen to.
I could see that ... or ... hear that.
zappa can't even lick Demilich's used jock.
much like playing a chick's cooter, finger 'dexterity' isn't the sole measure of skill.
I'm about to laugh in your face if you're suggesting a lowly metal band writes more musically sound compositions than Zappa.
Im laughing at you for saying that without listening to it
1) demilich is revered as 'godly' in the scene
2) demilich plays more like 'distorted jazz' than metal
3) 'musically sound' ? wtf. gtfo. i thought this was about creativity.
1) Not saying much
2) Zappa pioneered experimental jazz.
3) Frank had creativity in spades, wrote music of just about every genre, and was an artful lyricist. At the same time, he also had a solid theory foundation and wrote very technical yet musically sound songs.
The man wrote over 100+ albums of originals. How are you gonna play it like he's uncreative? Troll elsewhere, Leader.
i REALLY don't see your point. it's as if you didn't listen to the clip.
or that you're deaf and can only hear nuance in pro-tuned studio clips.
I'm not opposed to debating this with you, but if you dont see experimental jazz-metal fusion being more 'experimental' than experimental-jazz itself... then what's the point .

quote me saying zappa wasn't creative.
I can mis-parse your statements all day too.
Quit posting like Juice.
How much jazz do you listen to Leader? Not a lot clearly since you used metal AND fusion when describing the genre... Fusion = buzzword.
Regardless, I'm still not entirely sure what you're arguing that this band is better at than Zappa.
