Listen to Mike Lombardi talk about Murray on todays podcast of the Junkies. I thought it was fair and good info.

Casserly actually said that "he was told" about those things. The facts are, this is the time of year where all sorts of stories fly around. Some are probably true, some not, but the truth is, teams that like him will continue to do so, while others, will disparage him for their own reasons, and still others because they want a fighting chance to get him themselves.. Every year there's at least one headlining player getting the whisper treatment. This year it's Murry's turn. After all, he is far and away the player with the biggest spotlight on him. I would not be surprised to learn that Bruce Allen and Co. were also pushing this narrative. It would be just like something that they would do.

You are right he was told that . My thing is if he is this talented but is raw I can only imagine how he will be with good coaching

Could also be a case similar to poor test takers. Maybe he just doesn't do interviews well.

BTW: that's always been my thing with these young guys coming into the league. Let them sit and learn the NFL game. It also tempers the ego of these guys by sending the message, that they have to earn it all over again with their coaches and teammates.
