Logan Gilbert is really damn good. Slider isn't near what Randy's was, but he has quickly grasped the control aspect that took Randy Johnson a while to figure out. This kid could have a scary good career if he stays healthy.

Servais back for his first game and he already mismanages it. Why leave the worst pitcher on the roster stay in when he was Cleary struggling in his second inning of work?

Fortunately France isn't a free agent until 2026 and Gilbert 2028. I can see buying out some of France's arb years with a nice deal for both him and the team.
