I should have been more clear when I said I don't remember it happening. I was referring to the Hawks, and I don't remember them going 0-4 preseason.

Odd time to start calling out players. Supposedly a players manager too. Of all the guys to call out as well.
Just chalk it up to another thing Servais did that I don't necessarily agree with. I bet Jean doesn't even care because I doubt Servais has a ton of cache. If a guy like Pinella called someone out it would hold a lot more weight.

Definitely head scratching after a big win he does this but talked with kid gloves or sat on his hands while his team played nearly the worst record in baseball for the past month and a half. I haven't heard but has he said anything negative about Seager, Zunino, Marco, Nicassio or essentially any of the players who have cost them games this year? I know he went after Felix but can't recall him calling anyone else out.

Eh, that's how sports are. Fringe sports fans will watch the Hawks or football in general. If you don't understand baseball it is a boring sport and unfortunately with today's society not many children or millennials understand baseball. Everyone has to remember millennials are the generation of divorce which hurts baseball no matter how much Manfred tries.

Surprised?? Nope, not at all. Hawk's fans had a taste of the ultimate success a few years back with a SB win. Closing in on the end of the baseball season with a mediocre team, at best, doesn't even get close to bringing the excitement of an up and coming football season. There are just too many negatives associated with the Mariner's lack of competitive performance over the last several years so baseball just doesn't cut it anymore. Give us a winning team if they ever want their ratings to climb.

Well the A's got a spanking last night and they didn't like it, so now we're seeing the "REAL" A's in action. Hold on to your britches cuz the rest of the games with the A's won't be much fun. Last night was a real fluke for the A's team and now we're seeing what they're really made of.
