Signing Hart makes sense. He could be the RH half of a platoon at first for them. But they already have Smoak for the LH half, and he's a better hitter than LoMo right now, and has the higher ceiling.

Seriously, like the last guy mentioned, this probably means the end of both Smoak & Kendrys Morales, clearing up the 1B/DH logjam then a bit.

I like Smoak a lot better than I like Loney. More upside, chance for him to be an everyday guy with a minimum of a definitely average to above average platoon with Gaby.
