Braveheart............A movie the wife asks all the time if I ever get tired of watching it..........my reply........Nope! lol

Jeremiah Johnson.......I thought I was the only one to ever watch this movie................Guess not.

Gladiator..........Greatest opening to a movie ever.Loved the part when Quintuss asks Maximus "Will they fight sir" Maximus "We will know soon enough";enters a horse with a headless man; Maximus "They say no"
Then out comes a German with a head in his hand spouting out some words I have no idea at what he is saying and throws the head down....Awesome begining.

Gangs of NY........Gotta love the begining of that movie too.

The Road Warrior...........

Jeremiah Johnson is an old favorite. Liked all the Road Warrior movies. No love for The Last Mohican?

I think that's a great movie, the acting is excellent...

I would also like to add Tommy Boy and Cannonball Run to my list...

Sometimes I just watch the end of the one with Daniel Day Lewis. Gawd I love that. I am past it now, but I have dreamed of being in a conflict like that. Suppose I am a little crazy.

Pretty much agree with the vast majority of those listed. Some times I even wonder why I have DVDs or blu rays of these since I already watch them when they come on tv, which seems like every other week.

I know that if I do decide to watch something on DVD, then pretty much guarantee it will come on tv within the next few days.

Most of my list has been covered:

Movies that I put the remote down and don't even bother looking through the guide any further:

Shawshank
The Bourne Trilogy
Patton
Saving Private Ryan
Braveheart
300
Troy

There are a lot of great movies listed in this thread but I own a bunch of them, so I can watch them anytime and won't necessarily stop and watch them.
