Most frustrating penalty?

If your team is to commit a penalty, which is the most frustrating?

I gotta say, for me the most frustrating is a delay of game, ESPECIALLY if it is out of a timeout or dead ball or something. NO EXCUSE for that. Luckily, that doesn't have much for me since Oregon is so uptempo.
