Welp......hopefully we learned how to stop a mobile QB.

The fact that they are starting a Redshirt Freshman should make me fill more comfortable..........but for some reason I am now very worried about this game.

You know they've watched film of us and that is exactly what they were thinking about when they named him starter.

They'd be dumb not to play their most mobile quarterback against us if he's game ready. Sounds like they think he is.

after watching that game on BTN, i was wondering what the fuck is wrong with our offense that we can't do what we did to them in the second half all the time. i remember one play in particular where our line literally bulldozed everyone in front of them...and like you say, the tOSU D is not bad at all.

Yeah. It's all blocking. We have the athletes to win games. It comes down to giving taylor time and opening up the holes and we could be dominant.

Hence my disdain for Barney. Five years in and we are still playing musical chairs and our best player has left the program.

what i don't get is that we CAN block. we just don't do it all the the time. watching that game, there were times our line blew the hell out of a pretty good OSU D, and there were times that they looked like they just held their hands up in the air as the rushers flew by.

As far as containing mobile quarterbacks I think we will be better. The last thing you want to do is give them time, and that is what we have been doing. Hopefully a more aggressive front four attack results in tighter pockets and bad decisions.

As far as Barney goes, I am neither for him or against him. But, to his defense, the offense has changed faces more than Joan Rivers in his time here, and the o-line might be the hardest to adjust.
