I thought the Kings played one of their best all-around games of the season. The 2-1 score doesn't really indicate the way the game went. Were it not for Montreal's best player, the iron around the net, the score could have been around 5-1. And their single goal was off the back of Stoll's leg after Quick made the save on Suban's shot.

The upcoming road trip is a little scary. Winnipeg, Edmonton and Calgary - 3 teams the Kings should (on paper) beat fairly easily. What's scary is that our team has a terrible tendency to play down to the competition. Hopefully they'll make me look bad.
