"Center" is the wrong position. You can't line up over the long snapper. It only applies to special teams. And I'm not sure if it applies to punting or just FG. Definitely applies to FG.

Coach Chip Kelly believes the Eagles offense was "slow" in Monday night's win.
The Eagles' 53 first-half plays were the most by any team since the 1998 Vikings, but Kelly wants to clean up several areas. "We left the ball on the ground too much," Kelly said. "We didn't get the ball to the officials. We could have sped things up from a process in between plays. That's something we need to work on." Although Philly's offense was lightning paced by NFL standards, it did indeed lack the fluidity of Kelly's Oregon squads. The Eagles are only going to get faster in the coming weeks.
