Missed meetings

Not overly comfortable for romo according to Garrett. Missed meetings for treatment. He is going to do everything he can it sounds like

smoke screen IMO. No way he plays, I bet he doesn't even suit up. They will say all week that he will, then won't dress.

We have seen this before just this season. Ware and Lee both at one point were "hopeful will play this week, looking good" and then they ended up missing a couple more weeks.

I think you're probably right, Ford. Even if pain isn't an issue come Sunday, permanent damage is something to be concerned about, especially considering that contract.

Romo missed a few meetings? How many has Kitna missed. I wouldn't be too concerned wit Romo and missed meetings since he is using that time for medical reasons. I'd be more concerned if he was with the medical staff while the team is on the practice field. Granted he cannot practice but watching and helping Callahan call the plays helps keep his mind game ready.

I agree. The Seagulls will come after him if he plays, and they could jeopardize his career if he takes a big hit in this game....are they willing to risk all that just to make it to the playoffs and lose? They won't go far with this defense, and if Jerry was smart he would shut Romo down and protect his investment. Coaches and teams all blow smoke leading up to a big game like this so opposing teams don't know who to gameplan for. NFL mind games 101. Realistically, they need to plan for the future now, and not just foolishly risk long term injury due to past futility.

I think he's trying too, but I think they know the wisest move is for him to sit.
