Looks like Al Kaline is next..then Wade Boggs...then it's Rafael Palmeiro, Lou Brock, Rod Carew, Ricky Henderson And Craig Biggio...
He'll be passing people all summer. Hopefully the league doesn't just keep walking him

I know historically he may fall slightly behind Pujols but when you consider he's the only player in the history of baseball with 3000, 500 and a triple crown....it moves him up the list quite a bit.

Hard to be too excited about any of this. He'd probably have been out of the game years ago if they didn't have to pay him.

Disagree. He's still a .750 OPS guy with decent obp in a league with tons of strikeouts.

He's exceeded that once since 2016. A slow DH with next to no power? If you say so. I'm a fan, but it's been over for awhile for him.

I can't believe how easily you guys triggered him. Kinda funny

It’s that old man pride. Can’t just admit he forgot the Tigers were at home.

The kind of guy who will insist he meant to wear his pajamas to the grocery store instead of being honest with himself.

He's literally in the top 20 in average as ae speak. Early season sure. He's nothing compared to what he was. Its very possible he would have retired rather than play for 3 million or something sure...but it's not like he's mendoza line hitter.

Ok.. no more Miggy bashing. I need to go to a game. It's been a few years. I don't even know who's on the team anymore.

It was easy to jump ship after the purge. A young pitching staff. A lot of injuries this year though. Fun prospects though

It’s honestly a roster filled with major league talent now.

Strange to watch.

Will be nice when they get Greene up and Baez healthy. Fingers crossed Manning and Mize are OK. Skubal been good so far.

So it's getting a little better. I quit paying attention to all of them except for the Lions a few years ago. I was always basically a fair-weather Pistons and Wings fan, but I'd followed the Tigers closely since I moved here in the mid 70s.

Skubal keeping the walks downs while not giving up shit tons of homers is a great thing. Was one or the other last year.

Really disappointing for Greene to get hurt like that right before the season. But he and Tork won’t be due money in the same offseason now.
