Red_Alert is a lot more subtle than I am. The truth of the matter is after six years, Bo has not found a way to win big games. As fans, how long should we have to wait? The biggest issue isn't what the other teams look like (especially in a spring game) I mean really? The big issue is whether Bo can win anything that he isn't supposed to win, So far, he's failed. Injuries be damned. Poor recruiting be damned. Six years after he became HC he hasn't given us a "money" win.

TO had us in the Top 15 for most of his career and almost always the Top 10, so he did something different that what Bo does. I'll grant you this TO never really did figure out Oklahoma consistantly....but Bo ain't no TO

TO won big games, it just took him a long time to win "THE" big game.

There's a difference.

Bo's record against BCS conference teams with 9 or more wins is bad. Even when they beat teams with 8 or less wins, they don't look sharp doing it. There's a lot of self inflicted errors that well coached teams don't do so much.
Bo's said it many times, "They didn't execute". Good coaching translates into teams executing.
Texas, with their plethora of talent is the best example of that. If poor coaching applies to them, why can't it also apply here?

Bo may have gotten his 9 wins last season, but they slid further down the rung overall. Hopefully Bo can put the pieces together this season where the team is all on the same page and plays sharp. There is a clear pattern that the odds are against that tho.

The odds say the punt return teams will be bad, the offense will kill itself with turnovers and penalties, and the defense will take 6 weeks to put things together with a couple of meltdowns along the way.
