I am a wanderer. I will go wherever the wind blows. Or where ever my group goes. I can't just sit in one place. I am too antsy before games when I am down there. If I stay in one place then I need to be standing so I can move around.

Embassy Suites is a good time!

I don't sit in there. I get a 32 oz beer and walk around and mingle. Weiner Schlinger always comes in there and starts firing hot dogs all over the place. Cheerleaders even come in there.

Really it's just a bunch of drunken bastards.

I know all about the antsy thing though.

My friends are always wantin to stay for another beer and I gotta be on my way to the stadium to get in when the gates open. I can't stand showing up after the place is already full.

I'm really starting to get a bad feeling about this game.

Seems like I fall into this trap every year now where an exciting game is on the horizon and we're either undefeated or on a roll of some sort, and then we come out and lay an egg.

Not to mention, I've got tickets to the game next week and I'm having a hard time seeing it working out the way I want it to where we're 4-0 and it's all rainbows in Lincoln.

The fact that I am going to the game next week almost certainly means we are due for a disappointing game this week.

What is Bison Wich, a sub shop?

Soup and sammich eatery/bar. The sammiches are made on toast and they are damn good. The one I get has an amazing horse radish sauce on it.

Usually dip the sammich into my Bacon and Potater soup. The chips and queso are also awesome. If you get the half sammich & soup deal you get to choose chips to go with it. Can't go wrong with the chips & queso.

Washes down real nice with a good beer. Plus they have all the other games playing on TV in there, which is nice.

Thanks. It always makes me feel good when someone out of the blue tells me how well behaved they are. At parent/teacher conferences I ask about their discipline and I've had teachers tell me "I wish I had 19 others just like them". They may tell all parents that though.

No, don't worry.....they don't. My wife teaches 3rd grade and usually she had 1 or 2 kids who don't give her a headache. I'm sitting there while she calls parents all the time to let them know how badly behaved their kids were that day.

They are few and far between, sir.

I don't care about getting to the stadium when the gates open. As long as I am in for the tunnel walk then I am good. Once I am in the stadi then it is go time. I couldn't just sit there in the stadium before the game. I sit there after the game though to cool off. I wait until I am literally 1 of the last people to leave. I never leave the game early no matter what!!!!

After what I heard from Austin Cassidy at the Husker film night at Holy Ghost with FNG last night, I am worried about this game as well. Hope their gameplan works. Not the gameplan I would choose but that is why I am not the coach.
