Spoelstra declines to reveal lineup for tomorrow. Only question would be Haslem (likely) or Oden.

We need Shane to start! :yahoo: Am I the only that thinks the Bobcats could steal a game or two in this series?

If we want to be swept out of the first round , we should definetly start Scrub Battier.

As to your question, I am not sure the Bobcats will “steal” one from the Heat at home - If anything, the Heat would probably give them a game because thats what the Heat do for teams.

Why would he start Oden? Haslem is a better defender and is a better offensive player

Some think the answer is within what you just said - UD is a better defender and better offensively - Spo must feel that if it doesnt work out with Oden as the starter, at least he will have someone off the bench to go to he cant count on - as opposed to his options being more limited otherwise.

In other news, not sure how much of an impact if any he would have had in this series or playoffs as a whole - But, Andrew Bynum has been ruled out by the Pacers for the first round .

CP3 channeling his inner Diva Wade and LBJ in the clutch and missing key free throws

Hawks have their way with the Pacers - I expect them to do much of the same the rest of the series. Some will now say this was the good thing about Miami tanking games to fall to the 2 seed but I think Miami couldve taken care of the Hawks in the same manner they will the Bobcats in 4 games starting tomorrow.

Miami would beat both the Hawks & Cats in at most 5

4 is what they need to do - 5 is too much

I actually prefer 5. With 5 there's not too many days off before you start the 2nd round....It's just enough rust.

When you only play 4, there's a great chance you start off the first half of game 1 in the 2nd round rusty as we saw last yr vs the Bulls

Worth noting like the heat , the pacers tanked many of their final regular season games by resting key guys or just not putting the necessary effort in games and it showed against what was suppose to be a lesser hawks team vs Indy ... Wouldn't be surprise if the heat have the same problem for trying to find shortcuts all season long . Lots of talk by "fans" the media and the players about this is when games really matter ... Let's see if they play like it tomorrow and the other 3 games this series . No excuses now

Stop trying to compare the Pacers situation to the Heat......That team is full of mainly young guys, have no leaders, and they haven't won any titles.

The Heat on the other hand actually knows how to pace themselves and actually knows what it takes to win a title so do us all a favor and stop comparing a young team with no championships to a veteran team with multiple championships
