Wouldnt be surprised if scrub battier has “checked-out” as Ira calls it - He is on the verge of getting his third ring and hasnt had to contribute in any significant way or put any effort into the process - like the rest of the guys… He has been carried by players for these 3 years… Wouldnt past him to just check-out knowing he lost his touch as a player years ago and now just wants to sit back and benefit from the hard-work of others for the third season in a row… Not a more useless scrub will ever put on a Heat uniform. He should donate his entire salary in his time with the Heat to charity or do something to with that money to help relief the teams finances to re-sign the big 3… Good riddance to the scrub.

It is a bit comical that Ira was surprised to see JJ in the closing minutes over the scrub… the only time scrub should see minutes is garbage time… crunch time hasnt been for him since he left duke

A Heat beat writer mentioned how this incident is a sign for the Heat to finish this series ASAP(in four) - The Bobcats mentality has been a “ nothing to lose” type mentality in this series and even more so now at home down 2-0… Mentions how we should expect more of these hard and scrappy fouls from them because of it. So, this is more reason for the Heat to put the Bobcats away in 4 and do so by blowing them out in the last two games so they can rest their guys and not worry about this nonsense
