Hassan is really developing each time he is out there. When you see him affect a shot without actually block it, you know he is progressing as a player

We are going to need more out of McRob out of the bench - as well as Amare. But more so McRob, he needs to make the best out of the minutes he gets - I understand the lack of production out of some guys makes some people in here feel as though those guys shouldn't get any minutes - but, fact is, they need to keep getting minutes in order to get the back on track eventually. We saw in our first win how deep of a team we can be - that happens because the guys get the job done but more so because they are trusted enough to keep getting those minutes so they can turn it around

UD did the same thing on opening night when we weren't playing up to part in the first quarter during a time out and at half time. He has always been that kind of a leader. Thats why he is someone the Heat have kept around for so long despite his statistical decline.

I think 1-2 was the expected output. But not beating Charlotte in Miami? Who was it that said we'd start off 0-3?

Only reason I'd ever be quiet is because I'm at most every home game.
And, the buttons that were pushed were pretty much what everyone here was asking for on Friday, except you.

That being said, we were just extremely sloppy in the first half.
Turnovers, poor shooting, and the Rockets were hitting everything.

It figured to even out a bit, but the Rockets just completely got taken out of their game.

All Heat fans should be extremely excited about what Winslow appears to be.

The discussion was mixing and matching starters with bench players, and questioning the role of Amare.
I believe you defended every move Spoelstra made and disregarded our suggestions.

I knew 5 minutes into today's game when Bosh sat, that the mix and match was going to occur.

Look, we all know and understand that it's going to take some time to figure out the best rotations, but as of now Dragic and Bosh are a good mix, while Wade and Whiteside seem to be on the same page.

And, if nothing else, TJ needs minutes most nights, he plays with max effort every minute he's on the court.

Every game, every opponent is and will be a different challenge - the problem with what you are saying and what a few others, not all, have too often said - is basically suggesting the coaches approach games in a similar way each time - that just is not possible.

Umm.
It's only been 3 games, with one loss.
And, conversation about what people think might improve our chances is just that, at least with me..

I certainly wasn't bitching and moaning.
Also, I think road game mentality needs to be different from home game mentality.
It's near impossible to keep making up double digit deficits several times on the road like we were positioned to do vs the Cavs.

At a certain point once you've creeped close you just need to go full throttle at that point and then deal with the late game situation if it gets to that point.

I said 2-1 but i did think we would beat the Cavs and lose to the Rockets. Either way 2-1 is a great start. This team has nice depth.
